Ingredients:
1)Winter melon cut into cubes(1 cups)

Method Of Preparation:
1) Cook winter melon(cut into cubes) in water ,salt and turmeric til they become very tender.
2)In a saucepan heat coconut oil,splutter mustard seeds,curry leaves and whole red chilli .
3)Add fenugreek,cumin powder and turmeric into in followed by onion and ginger.
4)Sort onion til golden brown.

5) Add the cooked winter melon(drain away excess water from it)
6)Add yogurt to it keeping in low flame(beat yogurt before adding)
7)Keep stiring till yogurt is slightly warm
8)Serve it hot with steamed rice and mango pickle .
