Sponge Cake

Ingredients
1) Multipurpose flour- 1 cup
2) Sugar- 1/2 cup
3) Baking powder- 1 tbsp
4) Vanilla essence- 1 tbsp
5) Egg- 3
6) Unsalted butter- 3 tbsp(room temp)

Method of Preparation:
1) Blend butter with eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla essence to it and blend again.
2) Mix flour with baking powder and blend along with butter,egg,sugar and vanilla .
3) Preheat oven to 350degree F and bake the dough for 20 min,until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
