-Vegetable Korma(Veg)

INGREDIENTS:
1.GREEN PEAS-1/2 CUP
2. GREEN BEANS-1/2 CUP(CUT ABOUT 2 INCHES IN LENGTH)
3. BELL PEPPER- 1 MEDIUM (CUT IN CUBES)
4. CAULIFLOWER- 1 CUP(CUT ROUGHLY)
5.CARROT-1/2 CUP(CUT IN CUBES)
6. GREEN CHILLI-2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
7. JEERA(CUMIN)- 1 TSP
8. ASAFOTIDA- 1 PINCH
9. TURMERIC POWDER-1 PINCH
10. GARAM MASALA- 1 TSP
11. MANGO POWDER- 1/2 TSP
12. CORRIANDER LEAVES-1/2 CUP
13. MILK-1 CUP
14.PANEER(INDIAN CHEESE)-I POUND
15.VEGETABLE OIL
16. SALT

METHOD OF PREPARATION-:
1.LIGHT FRY THE CUBED PANEER IN A PAN.IN ANOTHER PAN,ADD 2 TBSP OIL.
2.ADD ASAFOTIDA AND JEERA WHEN OIL HEATS.
3.WHEN THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN ADD CAULIFLOWER AND STIR WELL
4. ADD GREEN BEANS,GREEN PEAS AND CARROT INTO IT,STIR WELL AND CLOSE THE LID(COOK IT FOR 10 MINS).
5.ADD TURMERIC POWDER,GREEN CHILLI AND STIR WELL.
6.ADD BELL PEPPER AND LET IT COOK FOR ANOTHER 10-15 MIN.
5. ADD THE FRIED PANEER .
6. ADD MILK AND COOK IT WELL IN MILK TILL MILK REDUCES.
7. ADD CORRIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE IT HOT WITH CHAPPATI OR RICE.
