1.Shrimp/Prawns(medium sized) - 1/2 kg
2.Tomato - 2 nos
3.Garlic pods (medium) - 6 nos
5.Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
6.Grated coconut - 1 cup
7.Green chillies - 3 nos
8.Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
10.Salt - As reqd
METHOD OF PREPARATION-:
1)Marinate prawns in 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for 1/2 hour.
2)In a vessel (or munchatti), add the cut tomatoes, green chillies, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, marinated prawns and 2 cups of water.
3)Keep it for boiling at low flame.
4)When water dries up (semi gravy), add curry leaves into it.
5)Add the grated coconut and mix well.
6)Finally add the finely chopped garlic dipped in 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
:- Serve it hot.
