-Pachadi(Veg)





INGREDIENTS:
1) 1cup cucumber shredded
2) 1 cup yogurt
3) 1 tsp mustard
4) 1/2 cup grated coconut
5) Salt
6) 2 dried chilli
7) curry leaves
8) Red Onion - 1 tsp chopped

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Shred cucumber in a bowl
2) Grind coconut with mustard, onion and around 4 tbsp water .
3) Beat the yogurt with 4 tbsp of water.
4) Add salt if required
5) Mix the coconut paste and yogurt in a bowl.
6) In a pan add 1 tsp of coconut oil
7) Add mustard, curry leaves and dried chilli to it
8) Add it to the the dish
9) Tasty pachadi is ready!!!
n.b:the yogurt should be a little sour
