Chicken Sukkha

Ingredients:
1. CHICKEN CUT INTO SMALL PIECES- 2LB
2. GRATED COCONUT-1 CUP
3. ONION- 1( THINLY SLICED)
4. GREEN CHILLI- 3(FINELY CHOPPED)
5. RED CHILLI- 2 TSP
6. CORIANDER POWDER-1 TSP
7. TURMERIC POWDER- 1 PINCH
8. OIL
9. SALT

Method Of Preparation:
1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH SALT,1 TSP CHILLI POWDER AND TURMERIC.
2. IN A PAN HEAT OIL AND DEEP FRY HALF THE SLICED ONION(KEEP IT ASIDE)
3. IN A PAN HEAT 1 TSP OIL AND ROAST GRATED COCONUT AND CORIANDER POWDER(KEEP IT ASIDE).
4.IN A PAN HEAT 2 TBSP OIL,AD ONION, GREEN CHILLI,CHILLI POWDER AND SALT.
5. SORT IT WELL TILL ONION TURNS GOLDEN BROWN.
6. ADD THE MARINATED CHICKEN,STIR WELL AND COOK THE CHICKEN WITH CLOSED LIP FOR 15MINS.
7. LET THE WATER DRY UP COMPLETELY IN CHICKEN, ADD THE GRATED COCONUT.
8. ADD ADD THE FRIED ONION AND MIX WELL.
9. FINALLY GARNISH IT WITH REMAINING FRIED ONION.
