INGREDIENTS:
1. LADIES FINGER-9-10(TENDER)
2.CUMIN(JEERA)-1 TSP
3.ASAFOTIDA- 1 PINCH
4.CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TSP
5.RED CHILLI POWDER- 1 TSP
6.TURMERIC- 1 PINCH
7.GARAM MASALA- 1/2 TSP
8. BELL PEPPER TO GARNISH
9.SALT
10. OIL-5 TBSP

METHOD OF PREPARATION-:
1. SLICE LADIES FINGER INTO 2 VERTICAL HALVES
2.IN A PAN ADD OIL,ASAFOTIDA WHEN OIL HEATS UP.
3. ADD JEERA AND SORT TILL GOLDEN BROWN
4.ADD CORIANDER POWDER,CHILLI POWDER AND TURMERIC AND COOK THEN TILL OIL APPEARS.
5. ADD LADIES FINGER,CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT FOR 10-15 MINS IN LOW FLAME.
6. ADD SALT AND GARAM MASALA.
7.COOK FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS
8. FINALLY ADD THE BELL PEPPER WHEN LADIES FINGER TURNS CRISPY.
9.SERVE IT HOT WITH PURI OR CHAPATHI.
