Chicken egg Noodles

I am big fan of Chinese and Thai food, and I guess Indo-Chinese food is equally tantalizingly delicious!! Here I go with my version of comfort food- Chicken egg noodles!!

1.Hakka noodles - 1 pack
2.Onion - 1/2 cup thinly sliced
3.Celery - 1/2 cup thinly sliced
4.Carrot - 1/4 cup thinly sliced
5.Chicken breast - 1 cup thinly sliced
6.Egg - 2
7. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
8.vinegar - 1 tbsp
9.Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
10.Pepper - 1 pinch
11.Bell pepper - 1/2 cup thinly sliced
10. Spring onion - 1 cup, chopped

Method of preparation:
1. In a vessel,bring water to boil,cook the noodle in it for about 5 mins by adding a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp oil.Drain the noodles and keep aside.
2.In a wok,heat 2 tbsp oil on high flame,add onion and ginger garlic paste, saute for a min or 2.
3.Add chicken and saute with a pinch of salt and pepper and saute for 7-10 mins.
4.Add the eggs to it and saute to scramble it.
5.Add celery,bell pepper ,carrot and saute by adding  to it.
6.Add the soy sauce and cook for another 5-7 mins.
7.Add the noodles and saute.
8.Finally garnish it with spring onion.
