Black pepper chicken-Panda express style!

I am crazy about Chinese food, and panda express is my all time favorite!

1.Chicken breast - 1 lb cut into thin strips
2. Black pepper - 1 tsp freshly ground
3. Red Onion - 1 cup cut into cubes
4. Celery - 1 cup
5. Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped
6. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
7. Corn flour - 1 tsp
8. Vinegar - 1 tbsp
9. Salt
10. Oil

Method of Preparation:
1.Cut chicken breast into thin strips, and marinate it with 1 tbsp soy sauce,salt,corn flour,ginger and vinegar for at least 1-2 hour.
2. In 1 tbsp oil,shallow fry the chicken on medium flame until its fully cooked,Close the lid and cook for 3-5 mins.Keep aside the cooked chicken along with its oil.
3.In the same wok,heat 2 tbsp oil on high flame and  saute onion and celery for 2-5 mins, add 1 tsp soy sauce,vinegar and salt(if needed).
4.Add the cooked chicken and saute for a min or 2.
5.Drizzle freshly ground pepper.
6.Serve it hot on steam rice bed.
NB: Add 1 tsp of garlic chili saute to make it spicy.
