Beans and Potato Sabji

Ingredients:
1.Beans - 2 cups, chopped into tiny pieces
2. Potato - 1 big boiled in pressure cooker and cut into small cubes.
3. Panch puran - 1 tsp( fenugreekNigella seedcumin seedradhuni and fennel seed in equal parts)
4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
5. Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
6.Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
8.Salt
9.curry leaves -8
10.Green chili - 2 slit into two
11.oil- 2tbsp
12. Lime juice - 1 tsp

Method of Preparation:
1.In a pan,heat oil  in low flame,splutter panch puran, and curry leaves.
2. Add the cut beans, follow it with turmeric,chili powder,coriander powder and garam masala.
3.Stir occasionally and add salt.
4. Cook for 10 mins with closed lid.
5. Add 1 tsp of lime juice.
6.Beans and potato fry is ready :)
