Ingredients:
1. Chicken Drumstick - 7 skinless
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
3. Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
5. Shan Tandoori masala(or any tandoori masala can be used
but for color, food color would be needed) - 1 tbsp
6. Curry leaves - 7
7. Lime juice - 1 tbsp
8. Salt
9. oil - 1 tbsp
10.Spring onion for garnish
Method of Preparation:
1. In a bowl marinate the chicken with chili powder ,turmeric powder,Shan masala,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,salt and lime juice over night or at least 4 hours.
2.Switch on the oven in broil settings at 525 degree F , Drizzle oil on the marinated chicken and arrange onto the baking tray broil for 18 mins.
3.Broil one side and flip over to other side and broil for another 10-12 mins.
4.Drizzle lime juice when hot.
5.Shift to serving tray and garnish with chopped spring onion.
